A famous hot spring born from the Daisetsuzan mountain range, that has been healing people since the old days.

Relax and abandon your mind and body to a blissful bath with clear and clean water. The soft water also known as "Kizunoyu" gently heals the skin and body. Yamanoyu was discovered in 1914. It was called the "river heading for the hot water" in the Ainu language, indicating that the hot spring has flowed since the old times.

Multiple bathtubs occupy a spacious large bath. The spring quality, natural hotspring, is extremely rare in Japan, and the water temperature is also suitable for a long, relaxing soak.
* No open-air baths.

Our two types of saunas (dry / mist) allow you to sweat pleasurably and get your mind and body back in shape. There is also an open-air sauna (Finnish sauna "Löyly").

The spring quality is a sulfate spring (including magnesium sulfate, common salt, and gypsum springs). It is a rare and valuable hot spring in Japan. Although it is colorless and clear, it has various effects such as improving blood circulation, regulating blood pressure, and having a soothing effect, also called "Kizunoyu."
